I can get to both sites fine.  You say they DNS was updated "some time ago."
How long exactly has it been?   Also consider that if these are existing
sites whose IP's have changed, that your big challenge will be from ISP's
who store your old information on a proxy server.  I've run into that many
times, and unfortunately can do nothing but approach them on a case-by-case
basis.
