Hi all,

I discovered an unauthorised copy of part of an article I wrote for
WebReference.com on a web designers site, passed off as their own content. I
happen to know that at least two other articles there are ripped off, too.

I have written and asked them to remove the article, or explain their right
to use it. No reply so far, and the article is still there.

Given that I'm in the UK and they are in NZ, what practical steps can I take
next without paying a lawyer?

I would give the URL, but the list mommies might object.
