(Updated) Dhtml Rollover Menu Help

Hi people,

My brain is aching and I just cant see where my problem is!

OK I have a DHTML rollover menu which works great in Internet explorer,
(Nothing unusual there you say)
It works in Netscape 4 (Shock horror) only one minor problem I cant see why
one of the levels is not displaying (level 2)
It works in Netscape 6 solved the problems that I had
So now I only have the problem with Netscape 4 and I can't for the life of
me see why
If any one is up to the challenge and would like to take a look at the

If anyone finds problems with other browsers, platforms please let me know
