I'm not an expert on UPS tracking systems, but I am almost positive that
this would be impossible unless UPS has software for this purpose.  All the
UPS shipping labels I have seen are pre-printed with a tracking number, so
it would be next to impossible to be able to have a software program that
could generate a UPS tracking number, that wasn't a duplicate of another
tracking number already issued to another package.
