running perl scripts on a win2000server - any problems???

hi,

Can anyone relay any horror stories they know of when running perl scripts
from the cgi-bin on a win2000 server please.

I have only worked with unix in the past and have heard rumours of cgi
problems on win2000 for purposes like messageboards etc.
