Here is the url where I am working on this, I am actually redesigning my own
site but it will come in handy for another site I am working on.  I don't
yet have the code set up for the second window as I am confused as to how to
get them named correctly.  Mainly because all the examples I have seen and
the script I use does not have an apparent name correlation between the
javascript and the actual link.

the additional link to open in another smaller window is the "register here"
BTW.. I do have the full permission from the whois provider I am using to
utilize their whois lookup.
