Strange Rollover Problem

Hello Friends,
I have just launched my new design for my web site.
To my suprise, the green buttons at the bottom right hand corner of the
screen are not showing the rollover state (i.e. lemon buttons). I am using
IE5.0 and NN 4.7.
The rollover is working:
"offline" in IE5 and not in NN 4.7
"online" in neither
Can some one please tell me as to why this is happening?? And what can be
done to fix this problem?
