Something else to look out for is where you are searching for available
domain names. I can't remember what site I was at (it's been years), I was
looking up a domain name, did a search and found the domain was available,
went back the next day and the site that I had used to do the search had
bought the domain name and had it for sale for $500.00 US dollars.
