RE: FrontPage mail form

Thanks so much for the reply's, unfortunately, nothing worked.  

1. The <strong>[FrontPage Save Results Component]</strong> is something
the server added, it is not in my original file.
2. The email address is valid
3. The entire site - including this page - was published using the
"Publish" function in FrontPage.

I had read at the Microsoft site that the SMTP information that hosts
the web had to be set up - and I did this.

Any other options?

I have created a web site with a form that I would like to email at
http://www.risd.k12.nm.us/partners/partnersappl.htm .  The FrontPage
extensions are loaded and I have configured the SMTP server information,
but cannot get the email form to work.  I have followed all instructions
and am at my wits end.  Can anyone please tell me why the page says
[FrontPage Results Component] and why the form does not work?
