I noticed a transparent gif in the top left corner,  if the height of that
gif is decreased the you can move the image map and red line up without a
problem.  Hopefully this is what you mean't,  If you want I can send you the
altered code.

Could someone please look at this page

content in the cell below these images.  This is a work in progress so the
source code has not as yet been beautified.
