They were thinking that IE5 does not fully support any level of CSS.  IE6
supports CSS1 almost exactly.  (IE5.5 also supports CSS1 much more closely
that IE5.0).

Personally, I like IE6.  It's the best version of the browser they've
released.

Best tool for testing: VMWare.
