Just thought I would share this...

We all know that IE will accept an image as a background to a table
effectively and Netscape will tile it into each cell.
In the past the work-around has always been to create one large
single-celled outer table for the background image with another nested table
inside that cell for the balance of data.
My experience with the newer versions of Netscape show that the image in the
outer table will still be tiled into the cells of the inner table.
Just by playing I discovered that including an extra attribute
BACKGROUND="NONE" into each cell of the inner table corrected this.
I am assuming at this point that this is by no means valid code and in fact
Netscape is simply not finding an image at that path and therefore leaves it
blank.
But it does work.
