CSS and Table problems in Netscape

I am trying to create a web page with CSS and tables.  I am running into
several problems with Netscape.

1. When you view the page, all the CSS works except for the 'body' tag.
2. The tables are severly screwed up.  I have nested tables inside of other
tables that include a background.  The background is what is all messed up.
3. In Netscape and IE, when I print, the background in the tables does not
print.  Is there any way to make it?
