Simple freeware NT form processor?

Hi.

This is a follow-up to something I've been talking about on the
hwg-languages list.

Short version (to save boring you all). The host that a client of mine
has chosen is using an NT box (fasthosts.com).

Components on the root include Blat (e-mail server), but I can't get
the perl (they use activestate perl5) modules I would normally use to
talk to it; the form_processor.pl and cgi_lib.pl modules I use causes
it to throw up errors which I can't get past, and, worst of all,
sendmail is not in the component list, darn it.

I've therefore come to the conclusion that I need to get a dedicated
NT form processor.

Here's the next snag. It's gotta be freeware, as I'm on a fixed price
contract. Also, to save sime (and my bald head, from all the hair
pulling of late!), it should be easy to configure, with, if required,
a detailed readme/instruction file that a six-year old could follow!

Any ideas/suggestions would be VERY welcome!

Please note that I'm on the digest version of this list, but will
respond to all messages sent to either the list or me (o/l), once I've
seen 'em!

Thanks in advance!

Best regards,
