Hi all,

Anyone know why Opera doesn't like my pseudo classes? It seems to ignore my
link declarations but listens to my visited and hover attritbutes. here's
what I have in my style sheet:

a.word:link{
 color: #000099;
 text-decoration: none;
 font-weight: bold;}

a.word:visited {
 color: #000099;
 text-decoration: none;
 font-weight: bold;}

a.word:hover {
 color: #3366ff;
 text-decoration: none;
 font-weight: bold;}

I have the styles set up exactly as the w3c recommends and in the right
order, but no go. It completly ignores the link class, but executes the
other 2 classes fine. Any ideas? BTW, it works fine in IE6, NN6 and NN4.7
(except the hover of course).

TIA,
Lisa
