You can if it is for a commercial site or you just dont want the banners pay
not to have them then there is no problem

only one frawback with easy space is the banner. but you can minimise it
similar to the geocities one. but, if you make all of your pages CGI
even the plain HTML ones then they will have no banner because they cant
inset the SSI code for the banner into them.

Domain registration,ASP,CGI and e-commerce cost a little extra but they
are
good and fast(which means alot)
