Third party web-hosting...

Hello!

I'm going a bit off-topic, but I really think somebody on this list can help
me on this one...

I recently discovered a cool new idea for webmasters.  You can offer your
visitors free web-hosting at no cost to you.  Much like the email thing
where you can offer visitors free web-based email.  The site I found was
www.excelland.com.

Now, these guys are a bit wierd.  Their site is down a lot - not down, but
malfunctioning.  They have a very bad English background (which isn't really
a facter, but I thought I'd warn you).  Their site also looks a bit wierd
from a designer's and webmaster's PoV.

So I have this great idea in my head about offering free web-hosting at
Flying Llamas, but I don't really trust these guys.  Does anybody know of a
similar service?  Can somebody give me some info on Excelland and if they're
good or not?
