About the only thing that I can suggest would be a Style Guide document, approved, authorised, and enforced through
contact, by management.

This would include copies of the code used in a typical document, document structure requirements, notes as to look and
feel, and the 'corporate look', acceptable and required colour schemes, link/anchor schema and system(s) to be used, and
so on.
