Could you ask your hosting company to virus-detect the emails and stop all
these sex emails coming to us almost 10 emails every day. If they can not do
this I have to move my hosting from you. In past few weeks we have lost our
server due to infected emails and down time has been 30% this is not
satisfactory.

I'm thinking that the reference to the 10 bits of spam is not the issue...

If they are experiencing 30% down time then maybe the focus should be on
their firewall & anti-virus protection. I mean, I get infected email from
friends as well so it sounds like the problem is with their safety measures
and not with their relatively low level of spam.

Perhaps you could explain that viruses are not just a "spam" problem and
you'd be happy to help them improve their safety measures...?
