Frames in Netscape

I have a weird problem.

I have a site hosted with Freespeech and the frame layout is fine using ie5
but not NN4.6 I've checked the scripts and can't find anything wrong.

Can anyone help?

The site address is www.freespeech.org/pendulum Go into the site and click
on the button marked 'Other'
