NN7 and @import

I am using @import for a few styles that screw up in NN4.x.  However, I just
discovered that NN7 will not recognize the @import.  I'm using the @import
in one external style sheet to import another.

Is there something special I need to do to get NN7 to recognize this rule?
I've sat here all morning trying to figure it out.
