Follow Up: To let you all know, we talked to a man at the banner
place, and he admitted, that something was not right.

They have issued not credit, but given my client the full package again
like it never happened, and we are using a dummy entrance page
to link to, so we can track the stats from the banner.

What I was told, was they use many host servers. Each host server
is responsible for processing and posting the stats of certain customers.
He had several that he had suspected were being fraudulent, and has
as he put it canned them. We were not the only ones calling to complain.

I am pleased that they are making such a good effort to make up for the
mistake. It took persistance though, because from the first contact person,
we were just out of luck.

Thanks to all who responded, it is nice to know there is wealth of
information
to fall back on in a pinch. It makes all of us better for it. I believe by
having an
organization like this, where we can pass notes, and talk amonst ourselves,
will help keep these places honest.

Thanks Again,

Sincerely

Nancy Whittley
