Does anyone feel like helping a poor kid figure out how to use the scrolling
effects used on this page?

or something similar? here's my really ugly site: www.i-am-ben.com

What I wanted to do was control the iframe (or table maybe) scrolls with the
orange buttons beside it. I know this'll contradict the use of iframes, but
the scrollbar has to be universal with browsers. (I don't really want to
use an iframe... can you help me with that too?)

Thanks a lot...

Ben
