As well as Cyber's suggestion to decrease the height of the transparent GIF
in the top left corner, you could also amend your table code to remove the
line breaks, spaces and tabs between <TD> and </TD> tags, so that you have
<TD><IMG etc></TD> all in a row with no gaps or line breaks.  Although
these shouldn't all affect how browsers display the images, in practice
they do.  That will get rid of the small space between the red horizontal
bar and the blue image map - if you want to retain that space, suggest you
add a few rows of transparent pixels to the bottom of the red bar.
