You can do this in Dreamweaver, and there is probably a similar function in
other editors.

Save the Excel file as CSV, and then use "Import Tabular Data", which
appears in Dreamweaver's "File" menu.

We need to convert a basic Excel spreadsheet, 6-7 columns by 75
rows with no special formatting, into HTML that is at least
FAIRLY clean - unlike the hopelessly awful XML stuff Excel itself
outputs.

What's the best tool to do this?  TIA to anyone who can advise.
