Assuming your host is in the UK, try this site:

http://webperf.zeus.co.uk/

- somewhere in the details for each web host is a link to go to more
detailed uptime stats at netcraft too. (Haven't found out how to get
directly there from the netcraft home page, which is a bit cryptic. You
could try http://uptime.netcraft.com/up/graph?host=www.yourhostname.co.uk
and see what happens.)
