Also Start->Settings->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs->Windows
Setup->Accessories->Details

uncheck Windows Scripting Host.

  There is  general "rurn off scripting features"

   Find   VBSCRIPT.EXE  JSCRIPT.DLL    CSCRIPT.*
   and change extensions of these files.
