Fw: Browser title using frames

Sorry if I am being a pain but I have not had any response and I am getting
desperate as I can find nothing on the web about this and my client is being
fussy.  It's annoying because I am sure it must be simple.

I did a site using frames recently with a button bar
in the left frame and the actual site pages in the right hand frame.
I want the title of the browser to reflect changes to the web page when the
right frame updates but I am unsure how to do this as it uses the title from
the original framset page.  I have had it suggested that JavaScript can do
this but I have been unable to get it to work. Help!
