Hello Heather,

Thanks for the reply, This fits all the 
circumstances of the problem exept 1
and that is that I don't seem to have a
problem with Netscape. Still this could
be because of some low level interaction
problem between the browser and the 
incoming traffic. I think I'll go with this one
and get in touch with my ISP right away.
