Hi Gita,
This could be any number of things. You'll probably get a better answer if
you post the code, or a URL, of what you are talking about to the list. Then
we can see what the problem is and what you have on the page.
NS4 prints very unpredictably if you use CSS. And it is, properly, very
picky about correct table construction as you probably know. Finally, even
if your table is coded in a valid way, if you use multiple colspans and
rowspans, this often prevents parts of a form from displaying altogether -
the controls are there and work, you just can't see them!
