I contacted Lois offlist for the web address of the website that contains
these articles. So I have seen them for myself. Each article on the
website in their "library" indicates the page author at the top of the page,
along with a link that either goes to a website or email address. In Lois'
case, the link goes to webreference.com. Further, the website owners have
put the following notice on the bottom of the homepage:

"Copyright in the articles available at this site is owned by their
author(s). Trademarks used on this site to describe firms and their products
are trademarks of those firms or the registered proprietor of the
trademark."

They also have a link to submit your own articles to the be posted on the
site as well. It is quite possible that some of the other articles on the
website were put on their with permission. I have not read any statements
on that website that even remotely suggest that these articles are either
written by them, or that the authors are associated with their website.

So I have to quote my last message, that I do not see where anything has
been done wrong other than the fact that they could have linked to the
document instead of copying it to their website. In fact, aside from that I
think they have been rather responsible in my opinion.

Just my opinion,
Brandon Coughlin
