Re: Netscape's funky text fields.

I did find an answer to this, but it was through trial & error and a
co-worker solved it.

It apparently it was as simple as removing the extra <p> tags that were
inside the form --Netscape didn't seem to like that.  Once we removed them,
everything was fine.

Still don't know why, but there's the answer for anyone who runs into a
similar situation.
