Re: frustrated with layout

That's an I.E. only issue, or at least it was when I was getting the same
thing on a site recently.  There's probably a better answer, but I wound up
making 3 tables.  The top and bottom tables had the round corners and were 1
row by 3 column each.  The middle table had all the content.
