You could also recommend that they simply add the stock list in a standard a
href style links to the bottom of the page (with the other links that are
there) and keep the JS menu as it is.  SE's and those without javascript
enabled can follow those links and the rest of the world can see the nice
roll-over effect of the JS menu.
