Well here in lies the problem. Between two outside stats counters
and the Server Stats, there was absolutely no increase, and the
referrals for what they received, were all search engines.
We believe they didn't even post the banner anywhere. How do you
prove this. They claim according to their site stats, that the banner was
impressioned 35,000 times in 4 days, and they claim 1500 click throughs
and this site has had a total visitor count of 500 for the month. All
trackers are reflecting the same numbers. My client is extremely unhappy
and now wants to report them to someone. Do you suggest the BBB?
or is there another entity that checks on these things?
