No one should be afraid to ask Questions

Some of us ask questions that may seem lazy to others.
It isn't laziness.  I find it difficult to research a topic I know nothing
about.  Sometimes one or two comments from the list give me the direction I
need to do my own  research.

If we don't want to answer a question...fine.
I don't think we should berate people for asking.
