Probably the best way to achieve this would be with a form and hidden
values.
This way the only requirement for them to fill in would be their name and
the recipients e-mail address
using something like Matt's formmail cgi script the mail can be sent to any
valid e-mail address.
use the 'send to a friend' to pop up a window with the form in and then use
the hidden variables to format the message.
