I like ( mainly only one i've used but hey it works for me adequately )
IBM's websphere hpbuilder ( used to be called toppage)..

it has source edit too of course for control ...the wysiwyg is great and
works well..

good luck and if you are more curious about other features it has write me
privately or see IBM's website
