Not really. Script is execute sequentially, so if you close window a then
you also obliterate the code that opens window b.

You can however shrink the first window, but here again for security
reasons, you are always going to be left with something visible.

However you can use a hack. Put two frames in a window, and have the frame
with the code in it invisible, then as far as the viewer is concerned window
b relaces window a. To make it appear as if this is a new window you can
shift the location and alter the other properties of the window. With script
of course.
