popUp annoyance

Hi, folks,

I'm using this code to produce a pop-up.

The page comment.asp uses these parameters to build an sql query and all of
this is working correctly.

The ANNOYANCE is that initially when the pop-up pops up, it returns a 404
page not found error, and then refreshes to the correct result.

NT/IIS/ASP environment.
