Okay, I have to say that I don't see a lot wrong with what was done here.
While I don't agree with the fact that he put the material on his website
instead of linking to it, he did what a lot of other pirates don't usually
do - and that is provide the name and an email or website link to the
author.  Most pirates would prefer to just copy it and put their own name on
it.  Instead of asking him to remove it, you might try go another route by
asking him to link to the article on your site instead of having it directly
on his own site.
