I have a script that works on 'nix and probably NT. I don't know about W2K,
but you can try it. The code is located at http://www.budmar.com/upload.txt
(to be named "upload.cgi" of course). The form is at
http://www.budmar.com/upload.htm
It uploads to the folder in which it resides.
I have the single password set for "mypass".
