Mike, I'm sorry to hear that you have an insensitive client. Maybe after
this experience he will realize and be a little more conscious of his
actions.

All of this has sparked my interest.

Someone please define a "do-it-yourselfer" as compared to a "professional."
If I had to define these, I would say that I myself am a "do-it-yourselfer"
who researched and spent years working on attaining knowledge that no one
else would give me. A professional.... someone who has studied in school,
spent years working in a firm/with others, and has so much knowledge in
their brain they need to hire an assistant to get relief.

I am not saying this sarcastically. Its just that I have been working hard
for several years to achieve the little bit of knowledge that I do have, and
no one has ever offered to help me learn the things I need to except the one
client that I do have.

So I guess my question would be: When do you consider yourself a
professional instead of a do-it-yourselfer and can actually market yourself
to do "professional sites" instead of "geocities put-togethers?"
