THANK YOU, EVERYONE!

All the little tips and hints I got about CSS, saved my sanity.  I found
even more quirks once I knew what kind of things to mess around with.

Example:  I had an anchor with a class  [   a.special {color: #FF0000;  ]
It worked fine in Netscape, but not in IE.  When I added the previous
container which also had a class to the specification it worked fine
[   p.box a.special {color: #FF0000;}   ]
Oh, but that was only when I put it AFTER the list of normal a:link
definitions.

It's enough to drive a person crazy!

Anyway, with everyone's help, I've been able to make my page look the same
in both browsers (at least on my PC ; }    )
