Mouseover

Sorry if this went out twice, but I think I forgot to change the settings to
plain text...

Here is what I am thinking of doing, and was wondering if anyone had any
suggestions or troubles I should look out for.

I have a site that uses a table for a menu option.  It uses a technique very
similar to the HWG web pages.  Although I am thinking of going strictly to a
graphics menu, but that decision has not been made yet.

Anyway I want to do a mouseover using the table cell as the mouseover.
changing an image that appears in the header of the page.  Is this possible,
and will it work in different browsers.  I knwo netscape doesn't display the
borders in the CSS style sheet, and I was hoping this would not be a
problem.
