Given that all the important information is in xx-small font size, what does
that say about the rest of their good judgement? I had to find my reading
glasses <g>.

Using NN4.7, the title of the section being viewed moves on top of the text.

The use of language is distinctly dodgy, but none of this proves that they
do not offer a suitable service. It should perhaps inspire caution, but
unfortunately some good technical people have poor language skills. In my
first job, in a radar lab, I had to tell one of my fellow engineers how to
spell engineering. He always did his job well, though.
