I have personally had good experience using Putty.exe, available at
http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html.  All
you have to is download putty.zip, unzip it into where ever, and run it
by double clicking putty.exe.  Putty will fit on one floppy, however, if
you ask me it's a better program than any other telnet/SSH client, even,
commercial, pay for ones.

BTW, I am in no way associated with the development team, I just was
shown it by a friend, liked what I saw and started using it.
