| Any advice on a personal firewall? I'll be having a go with ADSL very
soon.
|
| Only one offering ADSL in Belgium is actually Belgacom, but the actual
| subscription (software) can be taken care of by many. Main problem is the
| first one: Belgacom, probably the worst phone company in the world.
(hehe,
| hereby it's known all over the world). I could go and do a whole book on
| their inabilities, but ah, that should do.

| Just a reminder that, whether you go with Cable or DSL connection at home,
| be sure to set up a firewall any time you have such an "always on"
| connection. The "bad guys" are constantly seeking an open door to come
into
| a computer, and having your computer on a DSL or cable connection is like
| having it "shared" in Windows. Lots of other folks can gain illegal
access
| to it.
