You can get the WebTV emulator from www.developer.webtv.net
Hope you find it less depressing than I did. Another good resource is
http://www.softwareqatest.com/qatweb1.html
They have lots of different testing shareware, also a couple of emulators,
including browserola, which should cover the other browsers you want.
