Hi!
I'm having a nightmare here!
I need to get a news ticker in place for the University's home page. I have
been looking into several options and trying to implement all the required
changes. I have one that looks good and I would be happy with.....but.....
It makes use of absolute <div> positioning. This is a problem as people
resizing their browser text will break the <div>s position......it also
creates problems in NS3 and NS6.....and the Mac browser seem to break
miserably with it.....so it is not use to us.

Some help on this code or suggestions of alternative validating, reliable
scripts are welcome!
